ENTRIES & SYLLABUS

Entries to the 2025 Cowra Eisteddfod will open at the end of January 2025.  
The Eisteddfod is held from Wednesday 7th of May and will culminate in a grand concert on  Friday 6th June.
All entries are through STARDOM.COM  (use link below).  Please contact the committee if unable to complete on-line entry.
All entries will close the 10th of March.
NO LATE ENTRIES

The syllabus will be available from mid January 2025  and can be downloaded from the link below. in a PDF A4 format.
The Eisteddfod is held at the Cowra Civic Centre and at CLUB COWRA (Previously Cowra Services Club.) 

THERE ARE FOUR DISCIPLINES
VOCAL                                           MAY 15 TO MAY 18 (Cowra Civic Centre) 
SPEECH & DRAMA                        MAY 7 TO MAY 10 (Club Cowra)
INSTRUMENTAL                            MAY 12 to 14 (Cowra Civic Centre) 
GROUP DANCE SECTIONS             MAY 24 & 25 (Cowra Civic Centre) 
SOLO DANCE SECTIONS                MAY 19 to June 1 (Cowra Civic Centre)
Tickets for the GROUP DANCE Sections and the Grand Concert (6th June) are available from the Cowra Civic Centre. "cowraciviccentre.com".  (Booking fee applicable)
All other sessions tickets are only available at the door.
$8 Adult, $4 School Age, Under 5s free, Competitors (in sessions of performance) free.

Scholarships are available in each discipline. A scholarship is awarded on the basis of the individual performance, as well as a resume, which will indicate to the adjudicator your experience and ambitions. A scholarship resume form is available for download below. 

IMPORTANT NOTE
A  scholarship of $3,000 is available in 2025 for residents of the COWRA SHIRE. 
The Bruce and Margaret Weir Scholarship is multi-discipline and will be awarded on the basis of the RESUME and performance.  Each entrant in any section living or taught in the Cowra Shire will qualify for the scholarship.
